Veloura currently offers checkout delivery to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates. Some products may become unavailable for a destination if a fulfilment route changes.

Standard shipping is free within the United States. Tracked standard shipping is $12.99 USD to Canada and the United Kingdom, $14.99 USD to Australia and the United Arab Emirates, and $16.99 USD to South Africa. Local-currency conversions are displayed where supported.

Where are products shipped from?

Supplier and warehouse locations vary by product. Items from different facilities can arrive in separate packages.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally submitted for fulfilment within 1–3 business days. Transit time varies by product, route, customs processing and destination. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

Taxes, duties and import charges depend on the delivery destination and selected route. Any amount collected by Veloura is shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that duties are prepaid, a customs authority or carrier may collect additional import charges on delivery.

Can I return an item?
