Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Veloura online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Online store eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates can cause variations. Products may be limited in quantity, fulfilled by approved third-party partners, or discontinued without notice. We may limit sales by person, household, region or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

Orders, pricing and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions or unusually large quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable amount. Prices, promotions, taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to the order. You authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment information you submit.

Shipping, duties and returns

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. International customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes or handling fees unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping, cancellations, returns, hygiene-sensitive products and refunds are governed by our published Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Store content and intellectual property

The store and its content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, layouts and software, are owned by or licensed to Veloura and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer or exploit store content without written permission.

Reviews, feedback and user content

If you submit reviews, feedback, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful, accurate and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Veloura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and display that content for store and marketing purposes. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Third-party services and links

The store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, analytics and delivery services. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. To the extent permitted by law, Veloura is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with store security or operation; introduce malicious code; collect others’ personal information without authorization; impersonate another person; make fraudulent purchases; evade purchase limits; or use automated systems in a manner that overloads, disrupts or circumvents store protections.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veloura and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Veloura and its service providers against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the store, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

Changes, severability and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes apply as required by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. We may suspend or terminate store access for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens the store, customers or service providers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
